Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Two different things

Canceling future renewal — you stop your subscription from renewing again, but you keep the access you already paid for through the end of your current billing period. This is what happens when you cancel in Blueprint today.

A refund — money back for a charge that already happened. Blueprint does not automatically guarantee refunds for partial billing periods; refund requests are reviewed individually — see below.

How cancellation actually works

You can cancel anytime from your account/billing settings, in one tap, with no retention flow you have to fight through. When you cancel:

You can resubscribe at any time.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We send an email in advance of that charge with the exact amount and date, pulled directly from your subscription.

Refunds

Blueprint does not currently offer a blanket refund guarantee for partial or unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or have an exceptional circumstance, contact hello@blueprint-bettor.com and we'll review it individually.

Chargebacks & disputes

If a charge is refunded or disputed through your bank or card issuer, we reconcile your account access against your subscription's actual current status with our payment processor, Stripe — access tied to that specific charge is not indefinitely retained solely because our records hadn't yet been updated. This does not affect any separate complimentary access you may have been granted independently of billing (for example, as an invited guest or a creator-partner grant).
